The challenge of learning new skills in a unique, exciting and safe atmosphere is great for YOUR health and confidence. Our boxing training provides one of the most demanding full body workouts of any sport. Boxing will increase YOUR muscle tone, lower body fat, improve reflexes and upper body strength.

It's designed for all levels. Boxing is a fun and great way to get fit fast! The best thing about this class is that it doesn’t feel like work! The class is upbeat, always different, high energy and all great round FUN!

Strength, Reps and Conditioning

This strengths, reps and conditioning session that is designed to get YOU results fast! It's 45-minute fast paced, high-intensive and a class that is really "out of the box" - this is not your typical straightforward exercise class. SRC is designed to bring you back to the basics that really get results.

You will be surprised at just how creative the trainers can get with the WODs - Work Out of the Day. No class is the same. No time to get bored and every time you come we guarantee a workout!

This class is again designed for all levels. Push yourself as hard or as little as YOU like!
