Here at Physical Fix, we are passionate about motivating kids to be active and healthy while having fun.

Through our structured fitness activities, our KidsFit & TeenFit programs are designed to assist kids with gross motor skills and help kids build the foundation for a healthy active lifestyle.

ALIGN & DEFINE

Our Align & Define program will help you with improved posture, flexibility, everyday movement quality as well as core strength. This class fuses the fundamentals of yoga with elements of strength and endurance workouts to create a perfectly balanced experience.

Expect to use bodyweight exercises as you tone your muscles, push your limits and have some serious fun! All movements will be done on a yoga mat with bare feet - no shoes needed and cater for all levels.
