Hamey’s love for health and fitness started at a young age. She grew up loving all things sport and was particularly passionate about Swimming at Water-Polo.
She has always loved being pushed outside her comfort zone epically when it comes to her training and being trained.
Being involved in sporting teams, gym member, boot camps, running groups and much more is what lead her into working within the fitness industry and wanting to infect others with the “Anything is possible, with a little hard work” attitude.
Hamey believes that we all have the ability to a healthy lifestyle and it is about finding something that makes YOU feel great about yourself.
Hamey is passionate about providing her clients with skills and understanding to make life-long changes that are do-able and able to be maintained. (She is passionate about the journey and loves that no one journey with a client is the same).
I believe in balance and very much live by the 80/20 rule. Work hard to get the results your seeking and always make sure you let your hair down and live life to its full!
With a love of everything outdoors and keeping an active lifestyle, it has led Cass into the Fitness Industry. Over the years of training her clients, Cass loves providing the tools to make important decisions in all aspects of their fitness life whether with training, nutrition, motivation or general wellbeing.
Cass understands everyone has varying reasons for training and enjoys helping them to achieve whatever their goals may be. A can-do attitude is on the top of Cass’s priorities with her clients always wanting to be the best and do the very best by her clients and loves them having the same attitude in return by turning up and smashing it out to be the best version of themselves.
Jake has a strong love and passion for sport, health, and fitness. This has evolved from his desire to help others stay active. He hopes to work with people to help improve their quality of life and achieve their fitness goals.
Sally has a strong love of fitness. She has a passion for helping people get started on their fitness journey and reach their full potential and goals. She also enjoys assisting clients coming back to fitness from an injury.
