Hamey’s love for health and fitness started at a young age. She grew up loving all things sport and was particularly passionate about Swimming at Water-Polo.

She has always loved being pushed outside her comfort zone epically when it comes to her training and being trained.

Being involved in sporting teams, gym member, boot camps, running groups and much more is what lead her into working within the fitness industry and wanting to infect others with the “Anything is possible, with a little hard work” attitude.

Hamey believes that we all have the ability to a healthy lifestyle and it is about finding something that makes YOU feel great about yourself.

Hamey is passionate about providing her clients with skills and understanding to make life-long changes that are do-able and able to be maintained. (She is passionate about the journey and loves that no one journey with a client is the same).

Over the years of training her clients, Cass loves providing the tools to make important decisions in all aspects of their fitness life whether with training, nutrition, motivation or general wellbeing.

Cass understands everyone has varying reasons for training and enjoys helping them to achieve whatever their goals may be. A can-do attitude is on the top of Cass’s priorities with her clients always wanting to be the best and do the very best by her clients and loves them having the same attitude in return by turning up and smashing it out to be the best version of themselves.

Doug has always been passionate about sports and athletics which motivated him to start training. Doug believes that everyone has the potential to improve on all aspects of life, especially in the area of health in fitness. Along with this passion and his desire to help people achieve their goals, Doug decided to complete a certification 111 and IV in fitness.

Doug’s area of interest is strength training. He believes that there must be a balance between exercise and nutrition programs in order to combat health risks. He believes that creating a healthier body takes commitment to making lifestyle adjustments. Doug’s goal is to help his clients make that adjustment successfully regardless of what level they may be at, offering them 100% support along the way.

A love for outdoors and helping people to be happy in their own skin has led Rebecca to transform her passion into a profession within the fitness industry. She has always enjoyed being active and played various team & individual sports growing up.

Her passion for health and fitness has grown over the last 5 years, after battling pregnancy weight gain and in striving to be the best role model possible for her 2 gorgeous children. Rebecca would love to help you in your own fitness journey and find a way to establish a lifelong love of exercise and being active for you and your family!

Why Choose Me As Your
Yoga Teacher?

Liz has nearly 20 years’ experience working in healthcare and believes that good health requires a holistic approach involving a focus on body, mind and breath. This interest led her to become a yoga teacher in 2016.

Yoga encourages a strong connection between moving your body and using breath to create calmness in your mind and your life. Having a health and rehab background has also taught Liz the importance of maintaining healthy joints and preventing injury through correct alignment and core strength.

If you are looking for a program to accommodate an existing injury, develop core strength or find your calm centre, come and try Power flow or Align and Define.
