Teen Girls Strength

We have designed a 6 week training program for teenage girls to improve their strength, fitness, and self confidence within a gym environment. The program will aim to develop all over strength and increase their confidence with the weight machines and free weights. Our aim is to assist with that transition into young adulthood and empowering teens, giving them the confidence to get a gym membership and keep training a part of their everyday lives.

For Girls Age 13 & above

45 Minute Small group training sessions 3:30 PM to 4:15 PM

6 Week Program performed throughout the gym with Trainer Cass
